I got my code from GameStop today and it keeps telling me I've enetered it incorrectly or its not valid, I need help!

Seriously, that's pretty inappropriate, and its not going to get any help any faster.

No one here can probably help you. I would contact GameStop or your service provider (PSN or XBL).

XBL has been having issues apparently with lots of peoples codes, but is slowly coming around.

Well Canadians never recieved A F'n Code. Beat that. lol.
