People can still access the Fan Projects section.

Its just to organize the projects… if someone made a video related to the movies, it wouldn't go in the movies section, either… because its a fan project.

Contest does not start until we have all the slots filled so no you cant win if there is not enough people cause it will not start until we are full (plus it does not start until may 1st)
