I always thought that if it could ever be done you should have a little section under your new S/N saying “Formerly the user: Sinister” for example. AN dthat would be for the first month or so.

well there was a short period of time I believe a couple months ago when chad was doing major reconstruction on the site (adding chat and message board mods) for this short period of time I believe chad said you could change your SN but I dont believe to many people heard about it, and I think the period of time you could do it was a few short hours…

I know the software exists to at least change your on-screen name: the Nightsquad message board uses it. You keep the same User Name to log into the system with, and that will always be the name the system tracks you under, but you can change the name that appears onscreen. (Proton Charger uses the heck out of this feature, changing his onscreen name just about every day or so). It'd be up to Chad to implement something like that here, of course…
