I believe the last four are available through HMV. Certainly the GBII one and the Ecto-1 shirt.

I bought the stay-puft tshirt off play.com for about £11. I have also seen the slimer one in my local Burton Menswear store.

I have the ecto-1 shirt. got it from 80stees.com and its got a ton of printing on the inside back and it can sometimes be seen since the shirt is thin. but it is a sweet shirt I love it.

Finally, a Ghostbusters 2 shirt! I'll definitely pick that one up. The Stay Puft one is pretty tempting too, though I wish they wouldn't do so many of them with the “fading” effect.
