I don't think the extra two years of time make it any less impratical than it was in Ghostbusters 2.

Maybe, but let's be honest, the thing looks a lot less top heavy with half of that crap removed from it. The car's a lot more streamlined again and looks more professional in my mind. It still has the emergency lights on it, but doesn't look like a mobile disco.

It's updated, but still retains it's recognisable profile.

It's certainly not a billboard on wheels anymore, and it kept most of my favourite parts of Ecto-2/1A.

I have to agree the top in the second movie was ridiculous. In fact I was going to make a joke about why the the car in the game looks so different. That they had to buy a new one because the original car became so top heavy from all the crap they put on it. It was crushed in from its own weight.

I know its not funny but give me a little credit. :-(

Feh, most of the bulk on the 1A's top was that giant gas tank in the back under the second lightbar, which is actually practical.

I do like that they ditched the digital ad boards and went back to blue lightbars though. I never liked the multicolored ones.

I have to agree! The multicolored bars looked like it's a circus car, not an emergency mobile. It was okay for that single movie, as kind of marketing campain (“We're back!”), but that's enough.

I think its gonna be on PC as well. Not sure tho. Its been told to us for months that its for all platforms.

I have likewise been hearing for months that a PC version identical to the PS3 and 360 version would be released as well..

Correct, Terminal Reality is developing the PC, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3 versions which are essentially identical.
