New site need help ceack it out!!!!!!

Hey, I just started a new Ghostbuster site, and I wanted opinions on the layout. The URL is http://www.ghostbusterz.f2s.com (not perminate). Thanks a lot, and remember, it's not finished, I haven't even had time to make a portal yet.
What do you think? can you help?

Get a different banner, that is way to overkill.

interesting, is the site done, or what. i clicked on images and news, and al i got was test test test. what's up with that?

The banner is messed up. It is the last thing to load and it takes like a second.

I'm on cable with a 1.5 Mb/sec download speed.

The banner looks great, but it is the last thing to show up. Which really isn't a good thing.
