This reminds me when they released the first season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on DVD. People were complaining that the WTC can be seen in the episodes, and they actually wanted them to edit them out and re-release the DVD. That's just stupid (*egon)

exactly! a great example, thank you! this is why i wonder if sierra might just think it's more trouble than it is worth to be accurate.

we do at least know that Time Square will be featured. In the GameTrailers episode, you can see the picture listed as Time Square in the background which appears to be flooding.

i'm a div anyway - looking at the game footage again i'm pretty sure they're there in the background during the roof battle. good on you, sierra.

Indeed. WTC is in GTA4. As a local New Yorker, I would be glad to see them remembered; even if they're in Video Games. It means that people take the time to actually put something worth remembering in there.

People can't complain about it since it's technically the year 1991, if they do, then they're just a bigot. Wanting attention.

It'd be a little better if they included a small easter egg involving WTC, maybe like a little memorandum infront of it.

That's just my two cents.
