Nothing really. They're lots of junk food out there and people like to eat it. People are to lazy to excersise (some anyway) and don't care too much that they look that way to begin with. Unless they ban everything that's not healthy, and make a mandatory law about excersing, there's nothing they can do.

You know, not everyone that is fat is unhealthy. The strongest man (at the time anyway) in the world looks a pretty fat, but he can lift ALOT of weight. You can be healthy, and fat, just maintain good eating and excersise, cause not eating will most likely make you gain it back, and then some.
