If it was as bad as Kotaku said, other places would be echoing their sentiment, I imagine. But so far, Kotaku is the only website to mention that it's anything but up-to-snuff.
The overwhelming lack of harsh judgement on this game so far leads me to believe that it's pretty damn solid. And it would have to be by now if they'd been working on it for two years.
Actually, it was just a poster on Kotaku who said that, even the guy who played the demo who writes for Kotaku even thought the library demo was good.

Complete Aweseome-ness!!! Peck and Venkman look dead on. The comedy and action have been captured. I love it. Geez - now that I was all settled down with my RGB set, this comes along and gets me all wrapped up over the video game again. Good job atari! I've just seen it. This has got to be the best game trailer ever! Hell, it beats most blockbuster movie trailers!! I'm so excited for this game!!
The only question is should Atari have added any gameplay footage to the trailer? Personally I don't think that matters but I know alot of gamers who expect game trailers to include gameplay footage in them.

Heh, one post I saw made in relation to the new trailer had someone accusing Atari/Terminal Reality of pulling a “Gears of War Bluff”, where the models in the trailer don't reflect the ones in the gameplay.
Obviously he doesn't seem to realise that those are cutscene models, not the playable ones. (*janine)
