I too want a demo sooner rather than later. I was crestfallen when the game was dropped by Activision and I though I was happy it was picked up by Atari and a release date was set, I was a bit upset that they decided to wait for the literal 25th Anniversary rather than just the year. I was hoping for a Q1 2009 release date. If a demo was released in January, it definitely would keep me occupied until June. I love ghostbusters enough, that I could play the same level over and over again and not get sick of it.

Exactly!! I can't count how many times I've played through EGB: Code Ecto-1 or the one level demo of “Ghostbusters 3D” (where you just zap and trap Slimer over and over) just because it properly lets you use the equipment.

EDIT: Well not so properly in Code Ecto-1, but it alteast gives you free reign with the thrower.

Just read an xbox magazine in the UK, called xbox360, and in the 2 page article it says that the ghost world you go to is Gozeria. The place you see in Danas fridge in GB1.

Theres also a new screen shot of some sort of demon woman included. I would upload but have no scanner or n e thing.

Wow, i dont have time to read thru 150 odd pages, but i read the first 20 and WOW that magazine article was great, first time i saw it, i put my money for this game up already, btw, i have xbox 360 and ps3, which console would be the best to buy it on? i read sum1 say xbox will be the more crisp looking.

and i read sum1 posted that GB1 was the first film he ever watched lol thats great, i was born 1989, and my dad was a huge GB fan back then, and when i was old enough to understand films i walked in on my dad watchin both ghostbuster films and joined him, and then i was EVERYTHING GB, i watched the movies over and over, i used to re-in-act the scenes where they were firing at staypuft before blowing up gozer, and i gotta say i used to cry when VIGO spoke, that voice was scaryyyy, now i am 19 and a half years old, and i am still a die hard GB fan to this day, i have the shirts and music as my ringtone and my pc wallpaper lol so this game is the ultimate game for me as it is u, lets hope its as good as it look , sorry for this story am sure your not interested but am sure EVERY1 has there own GB story they have told lol

I couldn't get a straight answer which system would be best with the game back when I was doing the focus test. It was built on the PS3, but when I was testing, they had me playing on a 360. I'm pretty sure it will be very similar on both systems. I just got a 360 for Christmas and put my pre-order in for it.

Not much is different between each version. As far is what QZEDDMORE told me, the PS3 has tighter controls and has small little details that are rendered better, but the xbox360 seems to be a little bit cleaner in terms of the renders, but some small details are lacking. Not enough to truly notice unless you are really looking mind you.

So either version is a good buy no matter what. I guess it really depends on what controls are you more comfortable with; to slam them using the six-axis or using a button mash.
