Maybe the screens fooled them…

'Cause I see a strong resemblance to the actor Jon Voight…

*An example with what can be done with the “electron beams”, as seen in the next-gen console game - “Justice League Heroes”:

**

*Keep in mind that THESE “lazer beams” are NOT meant to represent ANYTHING “GB”, other than an example on how the “electron beams” can wrap around the main beam. (*peter)…

*So it IS possible in a sense.

*Cheers.

But Justice League Heroes was not next gen it was ps2 , also every other graphics in the game were toned down. So if you want a ghostbusters game that looks like current one ignore the beam.

If you want beams like that expect a x-men legends type Gameplay look.

That youtube clip is from the pre-rendered cinemats of the game, not real time gameplay.

Sorry looks like a no show, my Visioneer 4400 USB scanner will not work with Vista 64, judging from the web no Visioneer scanner works under Vista.

Thanks for trying Batman… thankfully WHSmith had restocked on Saturday so was able to scan it yesterday.

There was also a two page bit in 360Gamer, which I got because it was only £2.89.

Scans:

PSW: The Ultimate Playstation 3 Mag - Issue 107 Christmas 2007

Playstation 2: Official Magazine UK - Issue 093 Christmas 2007

PCZONE - Issue 189 January 2008

360Gamer - Issue 36

Lanny… that stuff is from a cutscene and not the gameplay, and isn't even all that impressive, considering. It's one thing to be able to do that in the confortable confines of a cutscene where the beams only have to go to a specific location, it's different for beams that are constantly bucking and weaving and being moved across an environment by the player.
