Am i the only one dissapointed in how the Wii version looks so far?
I may have bought a Wii but it does not mean im not a hardcore gamer.
I got my Wii cause i could aford it.. i could not dish out the cash for a PS3 or Xbox 360.

I know they can do better then whats been shown thus far… the graphics style thus far makes me sick.. i know some of you may get upset at me for these comments.. but i cant help it.. family friendly does not always equal deformed and cartoony.. if they want a friendly cartoon look they could have at least gone with more of a Real Ghostbusters style… so far what i have read about the Wii makes me sad.. im glad i have a PC.. ill be getting that version.. so so sad how they are doing Wii owners.

So.. does anyone else feel like i do? Or am i alone on this?

I don't see any reason to get upset because of that.

Wii is Nintendo, when I saw the GameCube, I knew it wasn't for me. Wii has a nice concept, but their marketing campain didn't seduce me. And it's “new” in a way, it's better to see what will happen than to jump on it. Ps3, Xbox360… I think they came out too soon, considering all the potential that the other consoles already have. They want us to believe that they can't do anything better.

For the new GB game, I was surprised that it wasn't the same concept for all consoles. If they were able to make StarWars battlefront, Ghostbusters could have been made on Ps2/Xbox, with some tiny differences.

But, with time, I came to think it's ok; we'll have more products of the same title with different concept… of course, I hope I'll be able to run the version we're all waiting for!

I do not mind a diff concept as far as gameplay.. im just upset at the character models.. they look terrable.. well.. mainly the characters.. the pic of ray is what i hate.. plus the packs they were look hardly like they i wish they would… the ghosts designs so far on the Wii i like… but as far as what they plan for the characters and equipment used im not happy about.

Im just going to get the PC version… the PC is and always has been the ultimate gaming machine in my own opinion… its not like consoles that a new one comes out every few years..

But.. they still have time to fix whats been done for the Wii version.. but i mean.. after playing games like the Residen evil games on Wii.. you know the graphics can be done better and more realisticly.

I could not aford a PS3 or Xbox.. thats too much money for a game consol to me..

But heres hoping for something better with the final product on the Wii.

So you can afford graphic and sound cards nearly every years but not 400$ for some hardware which will last at least 5 years? This argument is just ridiculous.

Mhhh, he probably wanted to say that he uses the pc during a long time before upgrading… but between that and “consoles that comes out every few years”, there's no great difference, I must admit; you'll pay 300-400 sooner or later.

My point is i hate buying a new one every few years.. they tend to take up space.. and they tend to cost more and more with each generation consols that is.

My PC i have had awhile.. but when i first built it i got the most expensive parts i could get.. the most powerfull even.. a new console every few years can be a pain especialy with the prices going up so much.

And when i upgrade i dont have another one sitting there cause games tend to have a way with working with every one of them or every OS.

Anyhow.. back on topic… i just dislike the character graphics.. ghosts do not look so bad though.

Things have been kinda quiet recently. Hope we get a demo or an advert soon.

It's been quite a while since we all registered on the games website, I hope they did not just do that just to see how many copies they are going to sell. How about some regular updates please.
