Not on this board. You'll have to have the image you want hosted on a web site (but NOT a GeoCities site–they don't alllow remote hosting) and use img tags in your sig line to show it.
For example, my sig line includes the following text…
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/digibusters/images/GBWCsig52803.jpg
(spaces added between the brackets to actually have the text appear instead of just showing the image :p )
Which turns into…
