I work in the Motion Picture business (costumer) so I can occasionally get on the different Lots. There is almost no way for most people to get to where the cars are. I will see if I have time to post some of the Pictures I took of the car next week

someone mention casting of the proton packs, how much would those be and where can i find them?

I love Ghostbusters so I just used my connections to get what I wanted
I have a full size ECTO-1 too
My Pack is actually from the ones made for the Universal Florida Show. it was one I traded work for. I modifyed it to be even more accurate to the original film.
The prop people that made them started with a pull for the original Ghostbusters mold and cleaned it up, The mold was pretty bad by then, and did a new mold.
I have access to a mold that was made off of one of thoes Packs (the mold for the Universal packs mold is also gone) and I know where all the parts that were attached to the pack came from, a lot are still there if you know where to look. and the alice frames are not too hard to find. My brother in law and I have been trying to get the project off the ground for a year now. havent heard too much interest, if there are a few people that want them we will go ahead and do them

The License plate auction ended. It sold for $175.
I have another License plate up for auction now. A “ECTO-1” plate, But the Ghostbusters 2 Version. White with the Statue of Liberty on it. It came from the same place as the other one.

ECTOI, man, i'm not trying to make ya mad or anything, i think you're a cool guy with good connections in the industry. but your GB2 plate is also incorrect with the one on the movie. there isn't a dash between ecto and 1 on the movie plate. also, “commercial” should be written below ecto-1.

You are right about the “Commerical” belonging there.
I had not even noticed it was missing when I picked the plate up. I just took a look at the DVD the dash doesnt belong there either! Well I dont know what I can do about that.
I will take it over there today and have the “commerical” put on it.and replace the picture in the auction Thanks for the Heads up!

I just got back from getting the “Commerical” put on like it belongs.
Since it is molded into the plastic there is nothing I can do about the dash.
As a result of this I lowered the reserve on this one to $110
I also posted a new picture.
