It came from the people that did them for the film.

I can vouch for Joseph.

I can ask the owner of the company I got it from if he will give me a reciept for it, but in the past he has not been willing to do that. I have worked in the Motion Picture industry for over 15 years and this is one of my long time contacts.
If I cant get the reciept, All I can say is that I have a reputation of being honest about the items I sell. I dont sell fakes are real items. It is exactly as I described it. I have got ECTO 1 license plates from these people in the past and sold them with complete disclosure that the are made by the original company the produced them for the film(s) (I can still get metal ECTO 1 or ECTO 1A plates for $200 each) I also have some of the “Free Balloons for the kids” from GB2 as well. if anyone is interested let me know.
