Private messages

A way to get rid of the private messages spamming the misc board would be to introduce some sort of way for users to send messages to each other. Like mini e-mail.

Haven't noticed that many personally. People reading the rules could stop them too. found by typing ‘private messages’ in the new search feature. Been talked about a few times and has been commented on by Chad there.
