I know the answers but it's pointless to reply. But It brought up another thought. Did Ray actually have to pay three mortgages? There's no solid evidence. Venkman simply states it, possibly as a statistic… sarcastic nonetheless. But as far as we know there are two. The house his parents left him and the firehall. Unless I'm wrong…I could be, I don't know much about mortgages. Except that they're for paying houses off or something.
