It sometimes take a while to get these things settled. Chad (the webmaster) might be busy doing other stuff or may not be online so he wouldn't know about it. Or they're waiting it out to see how bad it'll go before they take actions. Right now it's getting pretty annoying though.

OH I know man. Im not saying it a crime but, just read thru some of his posts. Thats pretty good proof to me. And if not banned, but I thought the mods had power for this stuff besides Chad. (Again, just assuming. Not sure, but Im probably wrong.)

As far as I know, Chad is the only person who can ban members. The mods, Kingpin, Sinister, etc can only lock threads, delete posts, stuff like that. So yeah, we are pretty much stuck until then.
