Yeah he lost, because Huey Lewis was originally supposed to do the Ghostbuster theme and then decided not to. Supposedly, if I read it correctly, the case was thrown out to do Heuy Lewis using notes from the Gb theme when he was told not to.

I can hear the similarities, but I can tell the difference.

It is not like Timbaland's Nelly's Do it and the Commadore 64 song “Acidjazzed Evening” by Janne Suni

When I was younger, listened “Can´t touch this” by MC Hammer, and I thought he was saying “Ghostbusters” hahahaha I didn´t know speak english back then.

I was under the impression that Huey Lewis and Ray Parker Jr. settled out of court, contingent with a non-disclosure agreement. Then after like 20 years, Huey talked about it during an interview and Ray Parker Jr. sued him for breaking the agreement.
