I've just noticed that when Ecto's pulling away from the Shandor building (section where the credits for Rat Parker Junior making the Gb song). You can see that a soldier holding the crowd back is actually wearing trainers. You'll have to play it back a couple of times to find him and the trainers, when you've found the soldier look at the street below him and you'll se a pair of trainers on his feet instead of Army issue boots.
