I was just trying to figure out what that bumper is on the pack and where does it come from ????

The original bumper was cut and bent from aluminum just like every other part on the pack. If you'll notice a lot of that stuff was welded together. You can use a number of things to make your bumper with(i.e. cardboard,wood,masonite,hardboard,etc.)
