The image is from a segment in a UK based magazine dedicated to cartoons of the 80s entitled Cereal: Geek. It was specifically from a segment devoted to a ‘who would win?’ between Janine Melnitz and Mask's Vanessa Warfield.


As for the Ongoing issues of the 88MPH comic… they don't exist. They were never printed as the company pretty much folded up trying to get a trade collection of the Legion series published.
