The part before they cross the streams where Peter says make em hard was either cut out or changed but I forget to what. There used to be a giant list of all the changes somewhere. If you wanna see a funny tv edit see mallrats on fx, some of the swearing goes on so long that the clean dub makes the movie look worse than a japanese godzilla movie.

Whatever are you talking about Mr. Sandman? Where do you see “Wee Willie Winkie?” I don't see it. Maybe you should learn to read. And type. “leats?”

Yeah, on an old TV version I have(WAY OLD) It was on ABC.

They leave out where Peck calls Venkman “wiseass” OMG it's so offensive! for the time I guess.

Winston says “I've seen stuff that'll turn you white!”

some of them are pretty ridiculous. By the way, I believe the Wee Willie Winkie comment Mr Sandman refers to is something Dan Aykroyd adlibbed while filming and apparently really cracked up Bill Murray(something he rarely does) If I remember correctly.

Just to update you. American Pie is on Fox right now, so they have hillarious overdubs. Finch is now known as StinkBrick. Oz says “Touch” Me Beautiful. It is so much more interesting.

I have that version of Ghostbusters (taped from ABC). I always wondered why the alternate footage wasn't anywhere to be seen on the GB DVD. And what's up with not showing the other cut stuff in Ghostbusters? Grr…

One of my friends here mentioned to me that her friend was doing the overdubbing for the TV edit of Deuce Bigalow… she plays the woman with turrets. I can't even IMAGINE what she had to come up with to make those line readings child friendly!

Anyway, how could you mistake Wee willie winkie for wally wick?

Actually, the line “Wally Wick” replaced the word “d*ckless”. I think you're referring to an alternate take on the line by Dan Ackroyd that cracked Bill Murray up on camera.
