whats the best way to build the front of the PKE meter?

I bought an iona shoe polisher a while back and i am making it into a PKE meter. I can't figure out a good way to build the part that goes on the front with all the lights on it and the shroud for the main display. got any Ideas?smile

ectoman, does viper have a site or something? i've read his posts on asap, he seems to know his stuff. are his parts available now? i was going to buy the kit from ken, but i didn't know about anyone else making them.
