Who here has asked for a “ECTO-1” licence plate at the DMV for there car but couldnt get one because it was already taken?

October of 2001, it might have even been Halloween, not sure. Anyways, my dad sent me to get new stickers for my plates with a blank check (big mistake), and I return home saying my new license plates will be ECTO-1B. ECTO-1 and ECTO-1A were already taken and they wouldn't substitute an ‘I’ for the ‘1’.
