Kind of tough but I think I will go with The Boogy Man. Some honorable mentions are Som Heinn, The Thing in Mrs. Favesham's attic, and of course the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

The people busters were cool.

The possesed purple Egon and that demon from Cold Cash and Hot Water were awesome. Pop and a Garret? ha

I also think Blackey and the Boogieman are cool.
