9sam1, try using AlamDV2, you can download a demo at www.Alamdv.com, or just buy it for 60 bucks. Then download the GB stream plugin, unzip it (extract) into alamdv, plugins, light effects. Then just click on new, get your picture from your computer, and add it by clicking on plugins, light effects, and GB stream, then resize it to the way you need it. Or you can try Adobe Photoshop, I'm not good with it, but I've seen some people do some pretty cool stuff in it. Good luck!
