Now I got an e-mail that said my Club Eternia subscription was not renewed, but the invoice below that was for my Club Ecto-1.

Sent them an e-mail right away. They need to get this shit sorted out and stop sending people the incorrect stuff.

Same here, a girl from Matty told me that the Club Eternia now has been fixed (at least for me), but she told me the subscription to Club Ecto-1 it´s set on automatic renewal, so I will be billed on march 12… and then I got another mail where they told me that I´ve been billed for the next details:

They should only be billing you for Louis and the shipping for both. Ray was paid for when you paid for the subscription back in July.

I've been charged for my monthly order… it was for $30.55… normally it's $28.70… so I'm guessing that's for the Vinz and MM Ray together… so hopefully that answers whether or not the two will be shipped together or separately.

1. I sent an email to Customer Service just to double check on the Eternia issue. If I miss out on the exclusive Ray because they screwed up, I'm going to be pissed.

2. After Rolo's comment, I checked my bank account and the matty account - I have been billed for the figures. It shows that I was charged 20.00 each for the subscription figure (I have 2 subscriptions), but then charged zero for Vinz - so that's strange. Then I got hit for over 12.00 shipping and tax.

I had one of those wrong emails from Matty about a Club Eternia Sub, I sent them an email and just got an automated reply back that answers none of my points.

I hope they don't mess things up.

How much did cost the Club Ecto-1 subscription?? $20 bucks, am I right? I´m doing my numbers, I think Matty is billing me once again the subscription… they telling me is this march will renew automatized the subscription… but isn`t it supposed to long a year at last?? this entire year??
