How much did cost the Club Ecto-1 subscription?? $20 bucks, am I right? I´m doing my numbers, I think Matty is billing me once again the subscription… they telling me is this march will renew automatized the subscription… but isn`t it supposed to long a year at last?? this entire year??

They're idiots and have terrible wording.

They word it as every figure renews the subscription.

So you're only being billed for the next figure in the subscription.

Well so long as I get the figures I thought I was paying for I'll be ok.

I received the club eternia email again and matty hasn't charged me yet for the march figures :-/

I had the same problem so I called them today. From what I was told the emails are regarding your Ecto-1 subscription despite the Club Eternia header. I was receiving them because my credit card information wasn't up to date so the computer couldn't complete my Club E1 order.

They walked me through how to update my payment info and told me that the computer would try one more time to complete my order in about two days. If the third attempt fails my subscription will be temporally canceled and they'll notify me about contacting them to reactivate it.

To check if your payment info is correct go to…

http://www.mattycollector.com/store/matty/DisplayHelpPage

…under “My Account” choose “My Payment Information”, log into your account, and then look towards top right side of the screen (where it says “Saved Payment Options”). There at the top you will see what Matty has on file as your default method of payment. If this info is incorrect you need to change the default by either choosing the correct credit card info from the list of previous billing information (on the right side of the screen directly beneath your default billing info), or by entering up to date info and setting that as the default (on the left side of the screen).

Hope that helps

well, what´s going on with Matty? I´ve checked my payment info and everything´s fine… I haven´t had my Mess Ray/Louis Tully figures billing and I have those on “orders unsubmitted” twice!

On January, about 3 days before the figure release date I was charged and my shipping confirmation e-mail on my inbox… but on this month nothing has happened and tomorrow is the figures release date.

Anybody here has any news about it?

Alright, I called 1-877-GO-MATTY and somehow didn't speak to an Indian person (no offense to Indian people). Well whoever I spoke to let me know that Matty's billing system/computer ordering system was being upgraded, which lead to automation problems (ie us receiving Club Eternia notifications instead of Ecto-1).

He also went on to say that if we had been pre-authorized for the charges, that our credit information did not need to be updated. As a matter of fact, the issues with credit cards apparently affected specific people (whether this is server driven I don't know) either way if you remember being pre-authorized (I was) then you're in the clear as far as moving forward with processing.

The upgrading to the system apparently has caused many of us to still be notified as “Still in processing” when you look at your order. He couldn't tell me when the product was physically shipping, but if your status is “In processing” or something to that effect, then your information has been forwarded to the Matty distributor. I asked him why it had taken so long for the product to release (based off of January's shipment leaving long before the sale date) and he said that the computer upgrades were to blame for it.

So long story short, computer upgrades have caused everything to go to poop real quick. Doesn't make me any happier, but that's what I was able to figure out. Hopefully we get our damn figures at some point, they've already pushed back the MM Ray release by two months, and if we don't get it this month and SOON… I'm going to be pissed. This whole subscription was supposed to make ordering EASY and has instead been a tremendous pain in my ass and it's pissing me off.

We're already paying out the nose for these damn products, it's about time somebody over there gets off their ass and gets my figures in the mail.

Thanks for the update. Explains the ‘in process’ still on my order after receiving the bill e-mail several days ago.

I've received no notifications of any kind. Indeed, my first Matty email in months is the ad annoucement. The last item on my order history is Proton-stream Venkman from November. I've emailed them; hope to hear back soon. (Getting kinda tired of the hoops…)

Update from yesterday, per Mattys forum, the email glitch appears to be laziness on their part. Someone over at Matty forgot to change the headers when sending mass emails out. What the hell is going on over there???
