I've received no notifications of any kind. Indeed, my first Matty email in months is the ad annoucement. The last item on my order history is Proton-stream Venkman from November. I've emailed them; hope to hear back soon. (Getting kinda tired of the hoops…)

Your January figure order appears under the date you bought the Club Ecto-1 subscription last summer. That's how it appears on my order history now. I had to use the order look up option with the order # from the e-mail I got last week to keep track of the current order.

I also got the shipment e-mail this morning after 2am.

I finally received a shipping notification too. I was really happy with how everything went down in January. I was charged and figure shipped no problem. I actually even got my figure about 2 hours before it even went on sale to the public. This is really only the second month of Club Ecto-1, and it's gone downhill mighty fast. I know Mattel is in this to make money (and I support that) but they have absolutely gone too cheap on digital river.

I'm not sure if this has been reported here, but on the Matty forums they are saying that DR will now be shipping the figures in Jiffy bags instead of boxes.
Considering that you usually get a dent when packed in a sturdy box, it makes me shudder to think what the condition of the item will be when it arrives this time.

Bag shipping? That is kinda scary….

Got on Matty, placed my order, and got out within three minutes. Not bad.

I never signed up for the subscription for fear of the exclusive figure being a waste. Turns out I wasn't wrong….

I haven´t received any messages from matty yet… I´ll drop them a letter to know what´s going on… I don´t want to miss this Tully figure.

Ordered my Louis figure, must've been three minutes turn around, possibly the quickest yet.

I'm not a fan of the news they're going to be changing to bags, at least with boxes it felt the cost of the figure was justified by the sturdy packaging protecting the plastic pack.
