I got the response to my query today, and it's not what I wanted to hear. Apparently, thanks to my change of physical and email addresses, they can't find any record of my subscription. This is odd, given CR Pete came automatically.

Definitely very odd… were you charged for CR Venkman?

And, not to point out the obvious, but why would you change your email address? That's obviously not a great idea if you have to get notifications to it for your subscription. Physical address changes, sure, but changing your e-mail address? That's asking to get screwed.

Courtroom Venkman isn't on my order history at all; the last order I have listed is November's Proton Stream Venkman.

Weird. When I look at the Ecto-1 sub purchase in July, I find the January 2011 figure listed. Other that than, my order history is like yours, last figure was November's Venkman. Even my now complete order for this month's sub figures is still not appearing in my order history.

I got response from Matty… they asked me to update my payment info, I checked it out and nothing´s wrong, that´s my actual credit card info, the same credit card the Courtroom Venkman was charged on January… Anyway I “updated” my info and reply them the message telling them the info is now ok, and that I want my Vinz and Mess Ray figures on their way NOW. I don´t wanna miss this figures because their laziness.

okay, here's the latest. Apparently, all is now well. I just received an email apologizing for the goof and confirming “Vinz” is en route.

Two emails below that in my inbox was the confirmation for the Vinz I ordered to hedge my bet….

I swear some days I think I should have a dog that thinks he's a WWI flying ace…

And to answer your question, Swift Justice, I had no real choice but to change my email address. The account I was using was tied to an ISP I discontinued. So the real question is, why did I use that account in the first place? Just another “what was I thinking” moment for the pile.

Same here… I dunno what´s happening, but now I´m PISSED OFF!!! I hope they fix it out soon, or blood will run.

Delete all other cards.

Does MM Ray have his own mailer? I'm trying to figure out what they did with the figure's shipping arrangements.
