I still have the same issues, unable to renew my subscription… damn!!
The problem is most likely on their end not yours. If you've followed all of their instructions, all of your payment info is up to date, and you have enough money in your bank account then there is no reason why your membership shouldn't be renewing (I told them as much… in regards to my renewal… in my final email to them).
I get the feeling that they're really not looking into the problem. They just seem to assume that it's user error and then tell the computer to resubmit your order… but because their computers are all jacked up the renewal process fails and you're back to square one (I went through that four times).
This is the email I sent them last night that finally got my subscription renewed…

Well, it's been another 48 hour wait and still no sign of my Club Ecto-1 subscriptions being reactivated (meaning still no sign of my figures being sent) or rejected.
This is ridiculous… The credit card information you have is current and correct as evident by the purchases I made (########## & ##########) on the
15th of this month!
There is enough money in the account to pay for this month's Club Ecto figures… and upon receiving your last response I immediately deleted all outdated payment information (previous credit cards) in my profile.
There is absolutely no reason whatsoever, that I can see on my end, why these orders shouldn't be processing. There has to be a hang-up somewhere in your auto renewal program.
The whole point to the Club Ecto subscriptions was to remove the hassle of making monthly orders… Further, I was under the impression that my Marshmallow Mess Ray figures were paid for last year when I purchased my subscriptions!? …Yet I'm seeing no evidence of those figures being shipped to me…
I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be a hassle… but I've called your company twice and emailed you once about resolving this issue.
I don't care what has to be done to fix it… if my profile has to be wiped out and completely reentered… or even if you have to send me a paper order form to be completed, signed by my bank, and mailed back to you… I would just like this issue resolved.
