Hey all,
first-time poster here. longtime lurker tho. just excited for everything Ghostbusters related coming down the pipe this year. Found this article that gives me some reason to smile.

Whats even more funny is they didn't even talk about the 4 part comic book series, or the RGB dvd box set. whats even more cool is normal people once again are talking about ghostbusters as a big thing. I'm going to college and 3 years ago when I started (I was 25 then) I'd say something about the movies or cartoons and the kids would be like “thats so lame and 80's” now with the 3d video game coming out, they are talking Ghostbusters. (I go to a college teaching Animation and Game Design)

I am psyched.

I have been waiting most my life for Ghostbusters to get back into action.

Now it seems like the fade is returning.

I can't wait to see what happens in the next 2 years

It honestly almost brings on tears that Ghostbusters is finally getting new stuff and is creeping back into the spotlight. Its something I've hoped for for 20 years, but honestly thought it would probably never happen.

Another long-time lurker, first time poster here, yadda yadda…

I'm excited. I was only old enough to enjoy GB right around the end of its popularity. (see: barely out of diapers) Nevertheless, the movie and cartoon have been favorites my whole life. Catching reruns of RGB was always a treat- sad none of my childhood friends shared the enthusiasm! Cursed Pokémon…

Super psyched the franchise is getting the love it deserves in almost 20 years! Wonder if we'll be getting any more green toothpaste out of it…

lol my brother keeps yellin at me to ‘SHUT UP ABOUT THE DAMN GHOSTBUSTERS, I DONT CARE WHO BLEW UP THE MARSHMELLOW MAN, lol i dont seem to be able to shut up about it right now, i hope to god i can stay clear of my mates from now till june, i have been trying to get alot of overtime at work to keep myself hidden, i couldnt go out with them and let the ghostbusters theme tune pop out, i’d get so many digs, so i'm laying low lol
