Well, I'd say he's definately in the game since Vivendi's official press release lists Bill Murray's name as part of the returning actors. Since its just a video game, I'm sure Bill will be back as a GB also since as has been said, voice sessions are a lot easier to do.

It's simple.

Back in the days, they said Venkman would be a ghost in GB3.

Now we're talking about that game, and you can't see Venkman, but they told us Murray's involved.
Since there is a Gozerian museum, there'll be Gozer. And this time, the form of the destructor will be the form of Venkman.
