yeah, the people know the rules, but that doesnt mean anything. its like people speeding. they know they shouldnt be going 90 in a 55 speed zone, but they do it to see if they can get away with it. much like the posers that make their unfair judgemnets. most people wouldnt bother with it in the sense of not getting rid of the problem.

honestly, Chad can post all the rules he wants on his site, but if hes going to give an excuse on how people should know the rules, then the rules have no point because hes not reenforcing them.

If Chad did anything about it, it would be censorship…….I told you people it was a good thing…
